Lingcod, whole headed and gutted, flash frozen at sea now available at our plant in Port Alberni, 3140 Harbour Road.
Freezing at sea allows us to lock in the quality by sealing in the taste of a just caught fish along with all the vitamins and nutrients, that deteriorates over time in a fresh fish which can take days to reach the consumer.
Priced at $5/lb. Bulk pricing available over 50 or 100 lb.
